An order confirmation email is the last thing a customer sees before their package arrives — everything in between is invisible unless we talk about it. Here's what actually happens.
Quality check, again
Every piece gets a second inspection before it ships, even pieces already checked when they were made — a final look under good light for anything that might have been missed.
Packing for a fragile-but-tough material
Amber is more resistant to chipping than people expect, but we still pack every piece as though it isn't — padded boxes, secured settings, nothing loose in transit. It's a small extra step that avoids a much bigger problem.
The paper trail
Each order ships with care instructions and a note on the specific piece, since amber varies enough stone to stone that generic instructions don't always apply. Tracking goes out the same day a piece ships, not after.
Made in Brooklyn, sent from Brooklyn
Every order ships from our own workshop on Brighton Beach Avenue — no third-party fulfillment, no unknown middle step.
