Is your amber real Baltic amber?
Yes. Every KIZIMA® piece is made from 100% genuine Baltic amber, sourced from the Baltic Sea region. We never use pressed amber substitutes or China materials. Each order arrives with our mark of authenticity.
Where are your pieces made?
Everything is handcrafted in our own workshop in Brooklyn, New York. KIZIMA® is the only Baltic amber manufactory in the United States. We cast, shape, and polish every item by hand — no mass production.
Why does each item look slightly different?
Because amber is a natural material, color, inclusions, and tone vary from piece to piece. Every item is one of a kind, formed by nature and finished by hand. The piece you receive is unique.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping within the United States is free on orders over $800. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What is your return policy?
You may exchange or return items free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. See Shipping & Returns.
How do I care for amber jewelry?
Amber is soft and natural. Keep it away from perfume, alcohol, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and store separately from hard jewelry. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and heat.
Can I order a custom or one-of-a-kind piece?
Yes. For custom commissions, large gifts, or VIP collectible pieces, please contact us and our artisans will help.
Do you offer wholesale?
