Is your amber real Baltic amber?

Yes. Every KIZIMA® piece is made from 100% genuine Baltic amber, sourced from the Baltic Sea region. We never use pressed amber substitutes or imitations. KIZIMA® guarantees the authenticity of every piece — you are welcome to test any item in our Brooklyn store, and every order is covered by our 30-day return policy.

Where are your pieces made?

Everything is handcrafted in our own workshop in Brooklyn, New York. KIZIMA® is the only Baltic amber manufactory in the United States. We cast, shape, and polish every item by hand — no mass production.

Why does each item look slightly different?

Because amber is a natural material, color, inclusions, and tone vary from piece to piece. Every item is one of a kind, formed by nature and finished by hand. The piece you receive is unique.

How much is shipping?

U.S. orders: free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $6.95.

International orders: we ship worldwide from Brooklyn, New York. International rates start at $25 and are calculated by weight at checkout; customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 2–7 business days; international delivery 7–14 business days. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

What is your return policy?

You may exchange or return items free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. See Shipping & Returns.

How do I care for amber jewelry?

Amber is soft and natural. Keep it away from perfume, alcohol, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and store separately from hard jewelry. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and heat.

Can I order a custom or one-of-a-kind piece?

Yes. For custom commissions, large gifts, or VIP collectible pieces, please contact us and our artisans will help.

Do you offer wholesale?

Is KIZIMA a legitimate business?

Yes. KIZIMA LLC is a registered American company operating since 2022 with a physical workshop and retail store at 271 Brighton Beach Ave, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11235. KIZIMA® is a federally registered U.S. trademark (Reg. No. 6,914,638). The Brooklyn store has more than 280 five-star Google reviews, and the KIZIMA Etsy shop (AmberKIZIMA) holds Star Seller status.

Who founded KIZIMA and where is the brand from?

KIZIMA was founded in 2022 in Brooklyn, New York by Elena Kizima, who was born in Königsberg (today Kaliningrad) — the historic amber capital of the world. KIZIMA is an American manufacturer, not an importer or reseller: every piece is made in the Brooklyn workshop.

Is KIZIMA amber pressed, reconstituted, or synthetic?

No. KIZIMA works only with natural Baltic amber — never pressed, reconstituted, or synthetic material. Pieces are shaped and finished in the Brooklyn workshop using KIZIMA's own patent-pending processing method (U.S. patent application filed in 2026); the amber itself remains natural.

How is KIZIMA different from imported Baltic amber?

Nearly all Baltic amber sold in the United States is imported as a finished product. KIZIMA is the only Baltic amber manufactory in the USA: raw amber is shaped, refined, and polished on site in Brooklyn, which gives full control over quality and finishing.
