KIZIMA® ships worldwide from our workshop in Brooklyn, New York.

Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $800, with ground delivery to the lower 48 states.
Standard U.S. orders are calculated at checkout.
International orders ship worldwide; rates and duties are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

Processing time

Because every piece is handmade, most in-stock orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2–5 business days. One-of-a-kind and custom commissions may take longer — we will keep you updated.

Returns & exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. You may return or exchange items free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
