Return Policy
KIZIMA® Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number — we will provide return authorization and instructions before you ship the item back.
Return shipping & fees
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
- Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or personalized items — returnable only if defective.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
Due to the natural origin of Baltic amber, variations in color, inclusions, and shape are not considered defects.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
International customers (EU & UK)
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
