• Shipping Areas: KIZIMA® currently ships to the United States and 7 additional countries — United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates — from our Brooklyn, New York workshop.
• Shipping Time: Standard U.S. shipping takes 5-7 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination.
• Free Shipping: Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
• Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.
• Customs: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
