The amber in each fragment formed roughly 44 million years ago on the Baltic coast, and no two pieces carry the same inclusions or tone. The mosaic that results is unrepeatable — the pen he unwraps is the only one like it.

Please note: the amber is a natural stone, cut and set by hand on every pen. The shape, size and color pattern of the amber will vary from the pen shown in the photographs — the piece you receive is one of a kind.

Made in USA. Every stone is cut, matched and polished by hand in our Brooklyn, New York workshop — no molds, no factory line. KIZIMA® is the only Baltic amber manufactory in the United States. Refillable — takes a standard ballpoint refill; fine point, blue ink, so it stays in use for years rather than being retired when the ink runs out.

Shipping Policy

• Ships from: our KIZIMA® workshop in Brooklyn, New York — to the United States and worldwide.
• U.S. shipping: free on orders over $100; flat $6.95 on orders under $100. Delivery typically 2–7 business days.
• International shipping: from $25, calculated by weight at checkout; delivery 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Processing: in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days; made-to-order pieces may take longer.
• Tracking: a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order ships.

Returns Policy

• Return Window: returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Process: contact us at elena@kizima.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
• Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
