Each figurine is handcrafted in the KIZIMA® workshop in Brooklyn, New York, the only Baltic amber manufactory in America: amber selected by hand, shaped and polished without factory lines. The brand traces its roots to Königsberg, the historic amber capital, where masters once made the amber chessboard now held in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

• U.S. shipping: free on orders over $100; flat $6.95 on orders under $100. Delivery typically 2–7 business days.
• International shipping: from $25, calculated by weight at checkout; delivery 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Processing: in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days; made-to-order pieces may take longer.
• Tracking: a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order ships.

Returns Policy

• Return Window: returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
