A wise owl sits on a stack of sculpted books, one of them lying open, with a silver-colored quill feather at its side. The owl's chest holds a working quartz clock with an ivory-colored dial. Its body and wings are covered in golden-yellow, honey and brown pieces of natural amber, and the back is laid with amber too, so the clock looks finished from every side of the desk.

Each stone is natural Baltic amber, some 44 million years old. No two pieces carry the same color or inner light, so the pattern on this clock will never be repeated.

The clock is handmade in the KIZIMA® workshop in Brooklyn, New York, where every piece of amber is cut, matched and set by hand on the owl's polymer body, then polished — no molds, no factory line. The craft carries on the tradition of Königsberg, the historic amber capital of the world, whose masters made the 17th-century amber game board now in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

• Ships from: our KIZIMA® workshop in Brooklyn, New York — to the United States and worldwide.
• U.S. shipping: free on orders over $100; flat $6.95 on orders under $100. Delivery typically 2–7 business days.
• International shipping: from $25, calculated by weight at checkout; delivery 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Processing: in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days; made-to-order pieces may take longer.
• Tracking: a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order ships.

Returns Policy

• Return Window: returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Process: contact us at elena@kizima.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
• Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
