Shipping Policy

• Ships from: our KIZIMA® workshop in Brooklyn, New York — to the United States and worldwide.
• U.S. shipping: free on orders over $100; flat $6.95 on orders under $100. Delivery typically 2–7 business days.
• International shipping: from $25, calculated by weight at checkout; delivery 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Processing: in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days; made-to-order pieces may take longer.
• Tracking: a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order ships.

Returns Policy

• Return Window: returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Process: contact us at elena@kizima.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
• Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
