For over 700 years, Königsberg was the amber capital of the world. That same Königsberg amber artistry is preserved today at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City — a 17th-century Königsberg amber chess board and 32 amber chessmen, part of the permanent collection.

Elena Kizima was born in that city.

• Shipping Areas: KIZIMA® currently ships to the United States and 7 additional countries — United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates — from our Brooklyn, New York workshop.
• Shipping Time: Standard U.S. shipping takes 5-7 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination.
• Free Shipping: Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
• Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.
• Customs: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Process: Contact us at elena@kizima.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
