The only one
KIZIMA® is the only Baltic amber manufacturer based in the United States. Not the only importer — there are many — but the only workshop where genuine Baltic amber is actually carved, ground, polished, strung, and set on American soil. Everything we sell begins as raw material and becomes a finished piece in our own Brooklyn workshop. Nothing arrives in a box, ready-made, to have a label attached.

Brighton Beach, naturally
If Baltic amber was ever going to take root in America, it would be here — Brooklyn's "Little Odessa," where the shop signs are bilingual and half the neighborhood grew up with amber beads in the family drawer. Our workshop stands on Brighton Beach Avenue, an ocean away from the Baltic and somehow right at home beside another cold, grey, generous sea.
An American chapter in an old book
The amber craft has migrated before — following trade, war, and hope from coast to coast for three thousand years. We are simply its newest migration: Königsberg's tradition, carried across the ocean, working under an American flag. The stone is ancient. The address is new. The standard is unchanged.
