KIZIMA® Is Preparing an Amber Collection for Christmas 2027 — the Year of the Fire Goat

Made in USA. KIZIMA® is the only Baltic amber manufacturer in America — not an importer, but a real workshop where every piece is carved, polished, and finished by hand on American soil, in Brooklyn, New York.

Christmas may feel far away, but in our Brooklyn workshop the season has already begun. KIZIMA® is preparing a special collection of Baltic amber pieces for Christmas 2027 — and this one carries a symbol of its own.

By the Eastern calendar, 2027 is the Year of the Fire Goat (also known as the Red Sheep), which begins on February 6, 2027. The Goat stands for warmth, artistry, gentleness, and a love of beauty — qualities that feel made for amber, the stone we call frozen sunlight.

What we are working on

The upcoming collection will include hand-carved amber goat figurines in honey, cognac, and cherry tones — new members of our amber animal menagerie — along with pendants and brooches inspired by the symbol of the year, and classic KIZIMA® pieces: jewelry, home décor, and signature gifts — dressed for the holiday season. Every piece is crafted by hand in Brooklyn from genuine Baltic amber, continuing the Königsberg tradition our family has carried for generations.

American made, start to finish

When you buy a KIZIMA® piece, you are buying amber that was worked in the USA — by the only Baltic amber manufacturer in the country. That means American craftsmanship, personal accountability for every stone, and repairs and custom orders handled right here in Brooklyn, not shipped overseas.

Why start now

Amber does not tolerate haste. Each figurine begins as a raw Baltic stone and passes through many patient hours of cutting, carving, and polishing before it starts to glow. Starting early means that by the holidays every piece will be ready to become someone's treasured gift — or a family heirloom in the making.

While the 2027 collection takes shape, our current Christmas collection is already here — and our News page will show the first previews of the new pieces as soon as they leave the carver's bench: made in USA, from the first cut to the final polish.
